IS SOD?
According to Wikipedia:
The enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD, EC 1.15.1.1), catalyzes the
dismutation of superoxide into oxygen and hydrogen peroxide. As

plantarum and related lactobacilli, which use a different mechanism.
